For the Corinthian & Female Division Entries

We kindly request your cooperation in completing team and crew data to ensure eligibility for the Corinthian and Female Divisions.

⚠️ World Sailing System Update

World Sailing is currently experiencing technical issues in their Sailor ID and Categorisation platform.

  • New Sailor IDs might not be created automatically at this time

  • Categorisation updates are delayed but will be handled

  • Your existing sailor profile might not be accessible for renewing or applying for a categorization

  • World Sailing staff member Bunmi Fatunla is currently handling these queries directly

Despite these issues, World Sailing is actively working on a resolution, and we are in contact with their team to help push through pending requests.

📌 FOR THE BOAT: Entry in Manage2Sail

To support smooth processing and prize eligibility, as outlined in the Notice of Race, we ask all teams to:

  • Enter a complete crew list in Manage2Sail by July 25, 2025

  • Enter crew with their WS ID numbers and indicate Group 1, if they have one

  • Clearly indicate whether your team is applying for the Corinthian Division or registering as a Female Team

📄 Full instructions are available here or on the Official Notice Board.

👤 FOR INDIVIDUAL SAILORS: World Sailing ID & Categorisation

To be eligible for the Corinthian Division, all sailors must hold a valid World Sailing Sailor ID and a Group 1 categorisation valid through the end of the regatta.

Step 1: Check if you already have a Sailor ID

Search for your profile here: https://www.sailing.org/sailors/profiles/

Enter your full name

If you find your profile, note your Sailor ID and proceed to Step 2

If you’re unsure or can’t find your profile:

  1. Download and complete the Categorisation Application Form from the Official Notice Board

  2. Email the completed form to: categorization@sailing.org & bunmi.fatunla@sailing.org

  3. World Sailing will:

    1. Confirm if a profile exists and provide login info, or

    2. Assist in creating a Sailor ID once system access is restored

Step 2: Log in and Complete Your Profile

  1. Go to: https://www.sailing.org/sailors/world-sailing-profile/

  2. Log in and update your personal details

  3. Ensure your Group 1 categorisation is valid through the final day of the regatta (including for Corinthian substitutes)

  4. If you can’t access your Sailor profile for renewing your Categorization for Group 1, please fill out the Categorisation Application Form from the Official Notice Board and send it to  categorization@sailing.org & bunmi.fatunla@sailing.org

🕑 Deadline & Notes

All Corinthian and Female Division information must be submitted by July 25, 2025

Categorisation requests submitted by the deadline will be prioritized for processing

Late entries may be accepted at the OA’s discretion after review

We are pushing World Sailing to resolve cases submitted by the deadline before in-person registration begins on August 8
